Notice at Collection

BlueNavy uses this notice to describe the categories of personal information collected at or before the point of collection, the business purposes for collecting it, and the retention criteria we use.

When This Notice Applies

This notice applies when you submit a phone number, create or access an account, verify an SMS code, use a protected discovery flow, start a referral or support flow, or continue to a checkout or partner handoff from this site.

Categories We Collect

IdentifiersName, email address, phone number, account ids, referral codes, device/session identifiers, and hashed phone identifiers used in analytics and operations.
Account and security informationSign-in state, session cookies, password records maintained by our auth provider, one-time passcode verification events, and security logs.
Discovery and claim informationSearch inputs and results, addresses, emails, relationship and family data, property and claim match information, and related metadata returned by internal systems, public records, or contracted third-party data providers.
Commercial and service informationService selections, referral credits, support routing, checkout intent, transaction metadata, and partner handoff records.
Internet or network activityPages and flows used, product events, timestamps, browser details, cookies, local storage, and session storage data, including PostHog analytics data when enabled.
Sensitive informationAccount credentials and verification data used to secure access to the service. We do not intentionally collect full payment card numbers in this application.

Purposes for Collection

  • To verify identity, secure an account, and restrict discovery to the verified session tied to the phone flow.
  • To search for and display claim, property, and relationship matches.
  • To provide support, claim assistance, referrals, credits, concierge routing, and other requested services.
  • To measure usage, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve the experience.
  • To process or route checkout, payments, liquidity offers, cash access offers, or partner handoffs that you ask us to initiate.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect rights, safety, and the platform.

Retention Criteria

We retain each category for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain account integrity, document transactions, manage support and claim workflows, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations.

We may retain some information longer when law requires it, or delete it sooner when no longer needed and no legal retention obligation applies.

Disclosure

We disclose personal information to service providers and selected partners as described in the Privacy Policy, including for hosting, authentication, messaging, data search, claim-support operations, CRM, analytics such as PostHog when enabled, checkout, and partner routing.

This repository does not present itself as an ad-tech product. The current build does not intentionally use third-party advertising trackers for cross-context behavioral advertising.
