Referrals and Promotional Flows

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueNavy and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising out of or related to the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event, or $100.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BlueNavy, its affiliates, service providers, and personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or the rights of another person.

Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material update, we may revise the effective date and provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law and any jurisdiction-specific terms presented in a separate checkout, order, or written agreement. A final governing-law, venue, and dispute resolution clause should be matched to the legal entity operating this site.
